1. acceptance

By accessing or using https://arkavix.com (the "site"), you agree to these Terms of Service (the "terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the site. "arkavix" in these terms refers to ARKAVIX TECHNOLOGIES LLP, registered in India and headquartered in Bengaluru. These terms do not create a services agreement between you and arkavix; services are governed by a separate, signed agreement.

The site is provided as an informational resource about arkavix, our services, team, insights, and open roles. We update the content as our practice evolves. The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

3. intellectual property

All content on the site — including text, design, logos, and images — is the property of arkavix or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The essays published in the insights section are released for personal reading; you may link to them and quote briefly with attribution, but you may not republish them in whole or in substantial part without written permission.

4. acceptable use

You agree not to:
